Aleksandra Wierzbowska

President of the Board

An expert in cooperation with international partners, implementation of new services and sales chains. On her professional path, she supported the development of companies from various sectors such as new technologies, medicine, sports, or insurance, in the areas of finance and accounting, through trade and marketing, to customer service. Thanks to a holistic view of all areas of business activity, she builds and implements effective strategies for growth

She graduated from the prestigious Warsaw universities: Kozminski University and the Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied finance and accounting. She has also attended many financial analysis and business management courses.

At TUF Software, she is responsible for: company’s finances and business risk assessment, implementing business strategy development and acquiring external partners.

Wojciech Frączkiewicz

Member of the Board

An expert in the field of sales strategies and business management. He has 20 years of experience in managing products as well as sales and marketing departments gained by working with international brands. He co-created teams developing innovative technological solutions in the IT, finance and medicine industry. He was also responsible for introducing many breakthrough technologies and services to the Polish market, including new methods of therapy that helped thousands of Polish women and men recover.

A graduate of postgraduate MBA studies at the Polish Open University in the field of Strategic Management, accredited by Oxford Brookes University.

At TUF Software, he is responsible for planning and implementing the company's strategic development direction, coordinating cooperation with business partners and business clients
